01Frequently asked

Can I or my server touch users' funds?

No. The user's wallet approves an agent key that is created in their browser tab and expires. Hyperliquid agents cannot withdraw. Your server never sees a key and never signs or relays an order.

Does it trade automatically?

Yes, once a user starts a testnet or mainnet run: the rules they approved are evaluated on each closed candle and orders are sent from their tab. Mainnet is off until you enable it, and the user must confirm the jurisdiction notice and type a confirmation. Read the risk note on the home page.

Can users lose money?

Yes. On mainnet every order uses real funds in the user's Hyperliquid account, and leveraged perpetual futures can lose a position's whole margin. The lab often grades strategies F, and a good grade describes the past only. Nothing in THESIS promises a return.

Does the AI decide the trades?

No. With a key, Claude only translates a chart or a sentence into rules the user can read, edit and test; it does not predict prices. The rules are then evaluated by a fixed engine, the same one the backtest uses, and the user decides whether to run them.

Does it run 24/7?

No. Rules run only while the desk tab is open. Stops and targets already sent stay on Hyperliquid. There is no server-side runner in this version.

Do I need an Anthropic key?

Only for AI chart reading. Templates, JSON rules, backtests, the lab and runs work without it. With a key you pay Anthropic for each request; the daily cap limits the bill.

Which exchanges are supported?

Hyperliquid perpetuals only, mainnet and testnet. One market and one position per run.

Are the backtests reliable?

They are deliberately conservative (next-open fills, stop-first, fees, slippage, real funding, out-of-sample split) and the lab often says no. They are still history, not a forecast.

What data does my server keep about users?

None per user: aggregate daily counters only. No IP addresses, wallets or user IDs are stored. Strategies, journals and alert settings stay in each user's browser.

Can I host it without Vercel?

Yes. One Node process serves everything; the admin uses SQLite or Postgres (how).

Is there a public admin demo?

No. The public demo shows the landing page and the desk. The admin is shown in the screenshots in Admin panel, and it runs on your own computer after install (Quick start, about ten minutes).

How many sites may I run?

Your licence decides. Read the Regular or Extended licence terms on the CodeCanyon item page.

Where do I ask for help?

On the CodeCanyon item page: the Support tab or the comments. See Support.
